At Parker Fuel Company, we are are full service heating and air conditioning service company. We have a full range of comprehensive service plans for all your heating and service needs.
Parker Fuel Co. reserves the right to decline acceptance of this service plan after inspection of equipment is made by an authorized service representative .
These plans do not cover parts damaged y water, fire, acts of God, accident, tampering, abuse or vandalism. The plans also will not cover any secondary damage due to oil leakage, malfunction or failure of equipment.
Parker Fuel Co. will not be liable for damage resulting from heat failure in a vacant or unoccupied building, whether it be oil burner failure or fuel leakage, as vacant properties should be checked daily by those responsible.
Parker Fuel Co. is not to be held responsible for failure to deliver fuel oil or burner service due to conditions such as oil shoetages, labor problems, weather conditions or any other condition beyond its control.
All oil must be purchased from Parker Fuel Co. or this agreement is automatically cancelled without refund of any monies paid for service agreement.
Parker Fuel Co. shall automatically renew its service agreement annually for a period of one year, and further is not assignable by the undersigned, except upon immediate written notice to the company. Contract is subject to cancellation for nonpayment.
Budge accounts arfe required to make not less than one monthly payment as scheduled. Terms will be strictly enforced. Upon breach of terms, we reserve the right to withold delivery of oil or service without refund of any monies paid for service agreement.
Parker Fuel Company's obligation to furnish replacement parts is subject to availability of parts from normal sources.
Oil fired water heater coverage will be additional.
When tank additive is necessary, customer will be billed for material only.
Fuel prices are subject to change without notice.
This agreement is not in effect until payment is received in our office.
